Q. What is the interview process?
A. The first stage involves an interview with a member of our Human Resources team and management, in some cases a typing and grammar exercise is given.
If you are successful at this stage you will be interviewed with the manager and a partner or head of department. You would also meet with some of our current staff and have a tour of the office.
In some cases only the first stage of the process is undertaken before a decision is made.
Q. How many support staff do you recruit per year?
A. On average we recruit approximately 30 a year across the whole firm.
