Job Description
The primary objective will be to coordinate and assist the Business and Regulatory Investigations (BRI) team in winning new sources of case work from new clients and referrers. Reporting directly to the Heads of BRI and Marketing, the individual will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement the Business Development Plan and, in turn, ensure individual business targets are set, appropriate support is provided (coaching/guidance), and progress monitored effectively.Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have proven experience in Sales/Business Development activities within a professional services firm (ideally legal); a good understanding of their work flows and profitability; a high level of credibility with senior personnel; identifying client needs and providing solutions for those needs; and well-managed delivery of tasks.Next steps
