Flexible working

Russell Jones & Walker recognises the need to provide a work-life balance and that there are often times when individuals have commitments that prevent them from working the standard office hours, but who still wish to maintain their employment and contribution to the firm.

If, however, the individual wishes to retain work on a full time basis the option of flexible working may be considered. This option enables individuals to benefit from flexibility in relation to their start and finish times, whilst for the firm it promotes the retention of skilled workers and highlights the organisation as an employer of choice.

Flexible working will be considered where an individual is responsible for the care of a dependent i.e. a child, husband, wife, parent which results in an inability to attend work during the core hours applicable to each office and where individuals are looking to attain a work life balance.
