Q. What is the interview process?
A. The first stage involves an interview with a member of our Human Resources team, a Partner and/or Head of Department, in some cases a case study exercise is given.
If you are successful at this stage the partner/s and/or head of department will interview you. You would also meet with some of our current staff and have a tour of the office.
In some cases only the first stage of the process is undertaken before a decision is made.
Q. How many fee earning staff do you recruit per year?
A. On average we recruit approximately 20 a year across the whole firm.
