Having qualified in 1995, Nicholas joined the Personal Injury dept of the Cardiff office of Russell Jones & Walker in 2000 and was made a partner in 2004.
Experience
He has specialised in Claimant Personal injury work since 1996.
Career
The majority of his work relates to acting for the victims of accidents at work and he has regularly presented seminars on Employer's liability law. He also undertakes a significant volume of Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident work.
He has recently assumed responsibility for the Personal Injury department in the Cardiff office and runs a team of dedicated Personal Injury fee earners.
