Neil Kinsella is the Chief Executive / Managing Partner of Russell Jones & Walker, and specialises in Personal Injury and Sports Law.
Experience
Qualified in 1983, Neil became a Partner in Pannone Napier in 1986 and together with Roger Pannone represented victims of disasters, notably Manchester Air Crash, North Sea Chinook Helicopter Crash, Piper Alpha Disaster.
At Russell Jones & Walker (since 1991). He established specialist unit representing Brain Damaged accident victims and was elected as corporate representative of Headway. He concluded numerous multi-million pound settlements and successfully sued Skoda cars on behalf of a female police officer who suffered serious brain injury when the wheel became detached due to a manufacturing defect. He has also been personally retained by Professional Footballers Association to represent players.

Police Class 5 driver - fatal accident caused by inadequate training for driving in emergency conditions.
Opren - on the steering committee of Lawyers who successfully sued Eli Lilly the manufacturers of the anti-arthritis drug Opren which seriously injured thousands of mostly elderly users due to inadequate testing. Conducted leading case of Davies v Eli Lilly.
Numerous serious injury cases for Police Officers.

He lectures on a number of legal subjects and in particular on new ways of co-ordinating legal cases and how to improve the services received by the victims of accidents.
