Kenny is a solicitor in the London Criminal Department.

Experience

Kenny has expertise across the entire spectrum of criminal matters, from driving offences to more niche areas such as corporate breaches of conservation legislation and other environmental matters.  More generally, Kenny represents clients facing criminal investigation for offences including manslaughter, rape and sexual offences, indecent images, data protection, fraud, money-laundering and perverting the course of justice.   


Kenny regularly acts for individuals facing disciplinary and regulatory investigations.  He has experience of representing clients who are the subject of investigations led by statutory and regulatory bodies, including the IPCC, HSE and the Law Society.

Career

Kenny trained at Russell Jones & Walker, qualifying in September 2005.

Education

Before obtaining his English qualifications from the Nottingham Law School, Kenny studied Scots Law at Aberdeen University. He also spent a year at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, where he gained a Masters degree in International Crime and Criminal Justice.
