Karyn joined Russell Jones & Walker in April 2000 when the firm opened an Associated Office in Edinburgh.
Karyn has extensive experience in claimant personal injury work having worked in this area since 1990, she has worked in litigation and private client areas of law since graduating from Napier University in 1984. She has acted for Trade union clients since 1990 and never acted for defenders.
Her experience ranges from Industrial Injury Disease work, including asbestos claims, Industrial Deafness and Dermatitis claims, through to serious spinal injury claims and has a particular interest in head injury claims.
Karyn has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers since 1992 and has attended Annual Conventions of the American Trial Lawyers Association. She is a Member of the Occupational Disease Group and Trade Union Services Group in Russell Jones & Walker.
Karyn is currently chair person of Headway Glasgow and has been a Director of this Charity for five years.
