Substantial experience of a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes, including in the following areas:
Commercial contracts, ranging from debt claims on behalf of individuals and small businesses to advising FTSE-listed companies on major projects.
Civil fraud claims and emergency injunctive relief, on behalf of both defendants and claimants.
Director disqualification proceedings, minority shareholder protection and boardroom disputes, including representing a director of a Formula 1 team in a boardroom dispute involving allegations of breach of fiduciary duty.

Insurance disputes, always on behalf of the assured.
Product liability issues, having been involved in the only litigation against a tobacco manufacturer to proceed to full trial and judgment in the United Kingdom.

Marc obtained undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in law from Oxford University (1994 and 1995) and spent 7 years in the litigation department of Ashurst before joining RJW. He is also a qualified barrister and a former lecturer in law at the University of North London
