Expertise

Eleanor is a solicitor in the London Employment Department.

Her practice includes all aspects of Employment Law, with a particular emphasis on Police Federation work and discrimination law.  Eleanor has been involved in complex and high value sex, race, disability, religion and sexual orientation discrimination cases at the Employment Tribunal, County Court and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Eleanor has hands on experience of high profile whilstleblowing claims.

Career

Eleanor undertook her training contract at Russell Jones & Walker and qualified as a solicitor in 2007.

Education

Eleanor graduated with a 2:1 in Economics and Anthropology from Oxford Brookes University, before completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School. In 2003, she completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP and graduated with a distinction.

Publications

Eleanor has written articles on a wide range of employment law topics for various publications.  Eleanor also presents educational talks to her contemporaries and clients.

Professional Memberships

Eleanor is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and a member of the ELA Pro Bono Committee. 

Interests and hobbies

Eleanor enjoys gastronomy (a bit too much!) and fine wine.  She also enjoys photography and cycling short distances.
