Expertise

Jennifer has been a member of the Manchester Employment Team since qualification in 2001.

Jennifer acts for the Police Federation of England and Wales, other Trade Unions, and private individuals. She particularly specialises in discrimination litigation, public law matters such as Judicial Review applications and a range of civil rights of action such as malicious prosecution and misfeasance in public office.

Jennifer also enjoys speaking at various seminars across the country on employment law issues.  Most notably Jennifer was invited to speak at a Women’s Professional Development Day on the lessons learnt from conducting a number of successful employment tribunals.

Jennifer now divides her time between our Liverpool and Manchester offices and currently represents clients in a number of regions.

Education

Jennifer studied Law at both Hull University and Liverpool JM University graduating in 1998, followed by the Legal Practice Course at Chester College of Law.

Professional Memberships

Jennifer is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is on the Equality and Human Rights Commissions list of approved Solicitors.
