James has worked exclusively in crime dealing with offences of murder, manslaughter, sexual offences, fraud and drug trafficking.
Experience
Since joining Russell Jones & Walker, James has represented a range of professional clients, the majority of which being police officers across an array of both criminal proceedings and internal misconduct proceedings.
Career
He joined Russell Jones & Walker's Cardiff office in January 2003 before re-locating to work with the criminal team in the West Midlands headed by Tim Coolican.
Education
He graduated from University of Wales Swansea in 2001 with 2:2 in Law. He worked for Hugh James Ford Simey in Cardiff upon graduation before working for several other criminal law firms in Cardiff.
Interests and hobbies
Outside of work, James plays both rugby league and rugby union for local Birmingham teams and enjoys mountaineering and skiing.
