Greta advises clients in relation to a broad range of employment issues.

Experience

Greta practises extensively in discrimination law. She has experience in acting for Claimants in race, disability and sex discrimination cases.
She also has experience in the field of public employment law and has conducted a number of judicial review claims particularly in relation to public sector employment and pension rights.

Career

Greta has worked in the Manchester Employment Department for Russell Jones & Walker since March 2003.

Education

Greta studied law at Nottingham Trent University, graduating in 1998 and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University on a part time basis whilst working for Russell Jones & Walker as a para-legal in the personal injury department. She completed her training contract with Russell Jones & Walker from September 2000 to September 2002.

Professional Memberships

Greta is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and was a panel member of the now defunct Equal Opportunities Commission (this is now the CEHR, Commission for Equality and Human Rights).

Interests and hobbies

When not at work Greta’s interests include going to football matches, watching live music (most kinds!) and walking in the hills.
