Elizabeth is a solicitor in the Manchester Criminal, Business and Regulatory Investigations Department.
Elizabeth graduated with a 2:1 honours degree in English Literature, History and History of Art at Leicester University in 1994. She then converted to Law, completing the Common Professional Examination and obtaining a Commendation in the Legal Practice Course at DeMontfort University, Leicester.
Experience
Elizabeth’s practice includes all aspects of Criminal and Disciplinary law including Fraud. She regularly represents clients at Magistrates’ Courts and Police Stations and has substantial experience of representing police officers in matters ranging from Road Traffic offences through to serious Criminal and Disciplinary Proceedings.
Career
After several years acting as a Legal Adviser to the clients of a large insurance company Elizabeth joined Russell Jones & Walker in 2000 and transferred to the Manchester office in 2002. She undertook her training contract with the firm and was admitted as a solicitor in 2004.
