Charlotte joined Russell Jones & Walker in April 2005 after completing her training contract with Horwich Farrelly in Manchester
Charlotte's practice covers a broad range of litigation including in Commercial Litigation and Family Law. In relation to the Commercial Litigation matters, Charlotte has acted for a range of Claimant's and Defendant's in a wide range of disputes. These include breach of contract, professional negligence and matters arising as a result of the Proceeds of Crime legislation. Charlotte is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association
Charlotte also handles Matrimonial matters. She has experience in divorce and the issues arising from it, including ancillary relief (division of family assets) and the contact and residence of children. Charlotte also has experience in dealing with emergency injunctions.
Charlotte obtained a 2:1 LLB Degree in Law from Sheffield University in 2001. She attended Sheffield University for her Legal Practice Course which she completed in 2002, graduating with a commendation.
