Expertise
Alison has been head of the Occupational Disease Group in Russell Jones and Walkers London Office since 1998 and is a member of the Trade Union Services Group. She is a member of APIL and was until recently Secretary of the Damages Special Interest Group. She is also a member of the Society of Labour Lawyers.
Experience
Alison has acted over the years for a large number of trade union members in a wide variety of personal injury claims against their employers. She has in recent years developed specific expertise in cases involving industrial diseases including asbestos related conditions, dermatitis, asthma and RSI.
Alison has lectured on aspects of health and safety legislation and has been involved in the training of trade union officials and representatives in this area.
Career
Alison Kerr joined Russell Jones and Walker in 1995 and has been a Partner in the Personal Injury Department since 1997.
