Religious discrimination
It is an unfortunate reality that many people experience discrimination at work based on their religion.
On 2 December 2003, the Employment Equality Religion and Belief Regulations came into force. These prohibit discrimination in employment on grounds of religion or belief.
Cases of religious discrimination can be highly complex, so it is essential to obtain expert advice at the outset. Our dedicated Discrimination Unit has extensive experience of advising and litigating in such cases, whether the discrimination relates to the recruitment process or the workplace. As a national firm, we have all the experience and resources to conduct your case wherever you are based.

If you think you may have a claim for discrimination based on your religion or belief, all you need to do is fill in our online questionnaire and respond to some straightforward questions. Our solicitors will then assess your prospects of succeeding in a claim, and contact you with their opinion. The services is free and 100% confidential.
