We advise both employed directors and non-executive directors on company law issues as well as the duties and rights arising under shareholder or investment agreements.
While all directors are subject to specific duties, restrictions and liabilities, we can offer specific advice and negotiate on the remit of the individual director role and other terms of the appointment, including the salary structure.
We will also provide advice and assistance in resolving boardroom disputes, which in many cases also involves consideration of termination issues.
