Breach of contract

We both pursue and defend claims for breach of contract.

These will depend on the term of the contract in question, with claims brought by senior employees frequently involving contractual notice or redundancy terms, as well as share options, bonuses and permanent health insurance. Claims for the non-payment of notice monies are also pursued as wrongful dismissal.

Claims brought by employers are more likely to relate to the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
