Shortly after qualifying as a solicitor, Jasmine specialised in employment law and moved to Barrett & Co Solicitors, where she set up the Employment Department. Jasmine joined RJW in January 2007 and specialises in discrimination cases, with a particular focus on maternity-related discrimination cases.
Experience
Jasmine has extensive experience in advising on grievance and disciplinary matters as well as compromise agreements. She also has significant advocacy experience in the Employment Tribunals particularly in final hearings, pre hearing reviews and case management discussions.
Jasmine also has experience of speaking at seminars on the topic of grievances and disciplinary issues.
Education
Jasmine was educated at Oxford Brookes University and graduated with a 2.1 LLB degree in 2001. She successfully completed her LPC at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice and completed her training contract with Turbervilles solicitors, qualifying in 2004.
Interests and Hobbies
Jasmine's interests include entertaining and oil painting. She is also a fair weather golfer.
