Religious Discrimination/Non-religious Belief discrimination

Religious Discrimination Questionnaire

It is an unfortunate reality of life that many people experience discrimination at work based on their religious or non religious beliefs.

On 2 December 2003, the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations came into force. These prohibit discrimination in employment on grounds of religion or belief. The Equality Act 2006 extended protection to those with non-religious beliefs.

Cases of religious/non-religious discrimination can be highly complex, so it is essential to obtain expert advice at the outset. Our dedicated team has extensive experience of advising and litigating in such cases, whether the discrimination relates to the recruitment process or the workplace. As a national firm, we work on every size of case and have all the experience and resources to conduct your case wherever you are based.
