If you think that you have been the subject of a defamatory publication, time is critical, and it is essential that you take prompt action to limit any further damage. For this reason we have developed a rapid response online service to ensure that a potential claim is dealt with as efficiently as possible.

Once we receive the completed questionnaire, our team of experts will assess the likelihood of a successful outcome. If we consider that you have a claim for defamation we will set up a meeting with you to discuss the matter further and explore the most appropriate funding arrangements for you.
As legal aid is unavailable for defamation claims. Usually, privately paying clients pay us an hourly rate for the work done but we are happy to consider conditional fee agreements (also known as 'no win no fee') where appropriate.
