Case studies
Bunn v Corus UK Ltd (2006)
The Claimant in this case sustained Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome during his work for the steel manufacturer, Corus. Tracey Graham negotiated a compromised settlement for this Claimant in the sum of £24,000, being a sum for his injury, and also for the fact that he may be disadvantaged on the open labour market should he be unable to continue working to retirement age. Other heath factors were taken into account which limited the disadvantage award.
