Legal costs
Whilst you may expect to pay for the best, in litigation it doesn’t need to be like that. The court awards our fees in full from the insurance company of whoever injured you. We don’t make charge “own client”, or “detailed assessment shortfall” costs out of your damages.
We will of course discuss with you how best to fund your claim, but at this early stage knowing our services are genuinely free should give you peace of mind to concentrate on maximising your recovery with our help.
We have to tell you that if you deliberately mislead us, or unreasonably fail to act on our advice then you could become liable for our costs – but that has never happened yet!
