Patient abuse

Russell Jones & Walker Solicitors has experience in a wide variety of cases of patient abuse.

We have acted in cases where patients have been abused by their carers. The abuse can be deliberate or by neglect. We recognise that the abuse can be physical, sexual or financial and that cases such as these are not simply about claiming compensation. The abuse can be against children, those with learning disabilities or psychiatric patients. Employers are legally responsible for the actions of their staff and we can advise on pursuing claims against NHS Trusts or private care homes.
