Russell Jones & Walker announces five new salaried partners

Russell Jones & Walker, a leading national law firm which has an office in London, has announced the appointment of five new partners in recognition of their individual contribution to the firm’s success in 2007.  Two appointments have been made in the Personal Injury team; John Oultram and Paul Jackson who will work from the Manchester and Sheffield offices respectively.  In the firm’s London office James Bell will head up the Clinical Negligence department, Susan Freeburn becomes a partner in the Criminal team and Dominik Opalinski takes up his partner role in the Private Client, Wills, Trust & Charities Department.

  • John Oultram, joined RJW in 2002 and has been on the Law Society’s PI panel for ten years.
  • Paul Jackson has been with RJW since 2006.  He is a member of APIL and was one of the very earliest members of the Law Society's Personal Injury panel.
  • James Bell is the newest member of the quintet, having joined RJW in 2007.  He is part of the Law Society’s PI and Clinical Negligence panels.
  • Susan Freeburn, trained with the firm and qualified into the Criminal Department in 2001.
  • Dominik Opalinski qualified as a Solicitor with Russell Jones & Walker in 2002 and has a successful niche practice dedicated to Boards of Institutional Trustees and leading national charitable Trusts.
