Mohini's practice focuses on all aspects of employment law, dealing in both contentious and non-contentious matters. She advises a range of clients, including Unions, and has achieved a number of settlements for clients against high profile employers in cases involving sex, race and disability discrimination.
Career
Mohini completed her training contract at City firm, Linklaters. She qualified into the litigation department where she undertook a variety a work, including High Court litigation. Mohini joined Russell Jones & Walker in 2003.
Education
After her law degree, Mohini undertook a Master's degree at King's College London and then went on to complete her Legal Practice Course, for which she was awarded the Windsor Scholarship. She has successfully completed stages I and II of obtaining Higher Rights of Audience.

Mohini is a member of the Employment Lawyer's Association and the Discrimination Law Association.
Interests and hobbies
Her outside interests include travelling, badminton and cycling.
