Jeremy Summers writes for Fraud: Criminal Law and Procedure
30 June 2008

Jeremy Summers, a partner in the Business & Regulatory Investigations department, has written the chapter on corruption in Fraud: Criminal Law and Procedure published by Oxford University Press.
The chapter provides an in depth analysis of the UK law on corruption coupled with informed comment on current political initiatives and enforcement trends. It also provides detailed insight on international law, most notably the US Foreign and Corrupt Practices Act, which is increasingly having an impact on UK business.
The book was officially launched in London in June 2008. Jeremy also wrote the chapter on funding which was referred to by Lord Justice Hooper in his foreword to the book.
