Overseas employment after Lawson and Saggar

In Lawson v Serco Ltd, the House of Lords has set out the correct test for whether an employee with a foreign element of their employment can bring an unfair dismissal claim. In Saggar v Ministry of Defence, the Court of Appeal looked at the territoriality of discrimination law.
