Hollywood superstar Jennifer Lopez has won a $545,000 (£268,660) arbitration award in a case against her first husband Ojani Noa.
Lopez had filed a breach-of-contract law suit over her former spouse's plans to publish an expose on the singer, in which he was expected to claim she had numerous affairs.
As part of the arbitration, the 38-year-old singer also won a permanent injunction barring Noa from disclosing intimate information about their relationship for personal gain.
She received £98,478 in damages for breach of contract, £147,752 in legal fees and around £23,637 in arbitration.
Lopez's attorney commented: "I just hope he respects the order of the court. If he doesn't, it won't be over."
Lopez met the Cuban-born Ojani Noa in 1997 while he was working as a waiter and the pair married in 1997, divorcing a year later. Following the split, they drew up a confidentiality agreement.
