Rachel has been with RJW since November 1996. She is currently a Litigation Executive working in the road traffic unit based in the Sheffield office which is where her expertise lies.

Primarily her work source is via legal expense insurance but she also does work under conditional fee agreements and deals with Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB), untraced and uninsured drivers’ claims. Rachel manages road traffic accidents both in the UK and abroad as well as handling cases involving children.

Having had experience in this field for many years, Rachel’s average claim is usually settled within about 5 months. She has recently obtained a settlement figure of £12,500 for a self employed builder who was involved in a Road Traffic Accident sustaining a whiplash injury to his back and golfers elbow.

She is a qualified Litigation Executive and is a post graduate member of the Institute of Legal Executives and also has a Professional Higher Diploma in Law.
