Experience Overview

Peter is a Partner within the Property department at Russell Jones & Walker.

Prior to this, he spent seven years with Titmuss Sainer Webb, now known as Dechert, where he dealt exclusively with commercial property.
After qualifying he worked at Waltons and Morse as an assistant solicitor, and served his articles at the Greater London Council, qualifying in 1985. Peter obtained a 2:1 degree in law at University College London.

Peter joined Russell Jones & Walker in 1994, heading up the Property Department, where he handles a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions.  He has particular experience in the development of hotels, investment and retail sectors of commercial property.

The Legal 500 2011 states that "Peter Klim is ‘extremely knowledgeable, and efficient in turning work around’".

Peter is recommended in the 2008 edition of the Legal 500 for his track record in the hotels sector. He is also the editor of the property section of Accountant’s Legal Service published by Tottel.
