Experience Overview
Jane is a Personal Injury lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, representing clients in industrial disease cases with particular emphasis on the areas of occupational stress and deafness.
As the main supervisor in the Sheffield office, Jane is responsible for the training of incoming executives and the Legal Expenses Insurance Unit. She has experience in higher valued cases for both private and union clients.
Jane deals primarily with employer’s liability accident cases but has expertise in a number of occupational disease cases too; this includes Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI), stress, industrial deafness, Vibration White Finger (VWF).
Jane is the firms Partner in charge of supervision and has assisted in achieving Lexcel accreditation with her draft of the PI department’s Best Practice Manual.
