Experience Overview

Adam is a Principal Lawyer (Partner) in our Birmingham Personal Injury department at Russell Jones & Walker part of Slater & Gordon Lawyers, and is responsible for a team handling the full range of accident and injury claims. He is also a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel.

After leaving behind the tranquil world of bookselling and publishing in London, Adam trained and qualified as a solicitor and joined Russell Jones & Walker’s Birmingham office in 1994.

Since joining the law Adam has acted solely for claimants and presently specialises in occupational accident and disease work, particularly Mesothelioma claims.  He is also working on an increasing number of military cases, including representing bereaved families of military personnel at inquests, most recently on the week-long inquest into the events surrounding the death of four soldiers who were killed in a Snatch Land Rover in Afghanistan.

Over the years he has recovered a substantial sum of damages both for Trade Union and private clients.

Adam writes a blog for the Stourbridge News which is designed to highlight current issues in the legal sector.  His most recent post is to do with the 2 Way Street campaign which was recently launched by RJW. 2 Way Street is a safety campaign for cyclists and lorry drivers - read more about the campaign here

More information about Adam's blog can be found on the Stourbridge News website.
