Harriet is an assistant solicitor in the London Employment Department.

Experience

Harriet has experience of advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues from contractual disputes to discrimination claims. She has experience in dealing with a wide variety of clients including large public and private organisations, senior executives and junior employees.

Education

Harriet graduated from Leeds University with a degree in French and went on to complete her professional training at the College of law in Guildford. Harriet trained at Stephenson Harwood Solicitors, qualifying in 2001. From 2005 Harriet carried out a professional support lawyer role at DLA Piper before joining Russell Jones & Walker in 2006.

She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Publications

Harriet has written many articles and given presentations on a variety of employment law issues such as bullying and harassment, sex discrimination and the statutory discipline and grievance procedures.
