Working together with Prospect, Russell Jones & Walker Solicitors has developed a bespoke legal service to Prospect members to ensure their rights at work are protected.

As a Prospect member, you are entitled to legal advice or legal representation if you have problems at your work place. However, you should approach your union representative first.

Most cases will be dealt with entirely by Prospect, who will decide whether any further specialist advice is required.
