Off duty incidents require careful management, and may require input from more than just a criminal lawyer. Funding
Off duty criminal matters are not funded by the Federation directly. Many local Federations have arrangements for legal expense insurance for their members; contact your local Branch Board for more information on your Federation’s arrangements.
