An Overview
Our Trust Management practice is led by Dominik Opalinski who has considerable expertise and experience in advising boards of Trustees on a diverse range of complex issues concerning their powers of investment, particularly in respect of the wide ranging investment powers and restrictions provided by the Trustee Act 2000.
Our Trust Management Team have considerable expertise in drafting and negotiating bespoke Service Agreements and Policy statements with leading investment fund managers on behalf of our Trustee clients with whom we work closely to ensure a consistent performance and return wherever possible on funds under investment.
