Our client suffered a knee injury when he was struck by a French skier whilst on holiday in the French Alps. He was struck from behind and under French law the other skier was liable. The case had to be run through the French legal system with the involvement of a specialist French ski lawyer. Our client recovered £5,000 in compensation for his skiing accident.
