Mother of Three Dies as a Result of Bus Fall

Julie Leyton was travelling by bus in June this year when she sustained serious back and neck injuries following a fall inside the bus.  Julie unfortunately died at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital last week and leaves behind three teenage children, who were with her at the time of the incident. One of the children sustained minor injuries.

Ms Leyton’s family have appointed Russell Jones & Walker to handle the case against National Express West Midlands. Adam Wilson, the personal injury solicitor representing Julie Leyton’s family, said: “Accidents on public transport like this are a common occurrence; however it is rare that they end in such tragedy. We are working closely with the police and relevant authorities and will release more details once we have the results of the ongoing inquiry.”
