Elderly Lady Injured in Road Traffic Accident

Our client was a passenger travelling in a taxi along a main road when another driver cut across their lane and collided with the front end of the taxi. She suffered personal injury and bruising to her ribs and breast and needed help exiting the vehicle. She suffered from her injuries for between 8 - 10 weeks from the date of the accident.

The Defendant was charged with dangerous driving and incurred a fine and a few months ban, and our client was awarded £1400 compensation for the injuries caused by this road traffic accident
