£50,000 Compensation for Elderly Woman Knocked Over by a Car at Pedestrian Crossing

An elderly lady was knocked over by a vehicle as she was crossing the road.  The injuries she suffered from the pedestrian accident left our client with serious injuries to her knee and ankle, both which required surgery.

Contributory negligence was alleged by the defendant but our expert pedestrian accident solicitors eventually negotiated a full settlement of £50,000, an excellent result.
