£35,000 Compensation for Man Injured in Cycling Accident
7 June 2011
A member of CTC, The UK's National Cyclist's Organisation, was on a bike ride with a friend of his, also a member. Whilst they were cycling his friend’s cycle collided with his own. As a result of the cycling accident our client was thrown from his cycle, sustaining wrist injuries which required surgery.
The injuries our client suffered meant that he had to take a prolonged period of time off work. Also, when he managed to return to his manual labour profession, he required a lot of help from colleagues due to his continued restrictions. Although he has now returned to near full health our expert cycling accident solicitors recovered our client £35,000 in compensation.
