CTC Member Injured in a Cycling Accident on Holiday

A member of the CTC was on holiday when he was struck by another vehicle driven by an Italian motorist.  Our client sustained a fractured spine from the cycling accident, but made a full recovery.

A claim was made against the motorist’s insurers, who admitted full liability.  £6,000 was recovered in compensation with help from our expert cycling accident solicitors, before court proceedings had even been issued.
