Our client suffered an accident at work after cutting his hand on a protruding knife as he attempted to place his mug in a dishwasher at work. One of his colleagues had carelessly left a large knife with the blade facing upwards rather than down into the holder. The claim was resolved, with damages of £6,000 being awarded to our client.
