Man Injured After Trip Over Broken Paving Stone

As a man was walking down his local high street he tripped over a raised paving slab, injuring his arms and chest.  It was discovered that a car had crashed into the paving slab and had knocked it out of place.  The local council had been informed of this but had not acted on getting the paving slab replaced.
