Many of our cases have made new law and have been reported, we set up and chaired  a working party to devise a Defamation Pre-Action Protocol after the changes to the Civil Procedure Rules, we are on the Civil Justice Committee,  Department of Constitutional Affairs Panel on Defamation Costs and a member of the Law Society’s Defamation Reference Group. We have written a "A Practical Guide to Libel and Slander" and contribute to Jordan’s Civil Court Service (“the Brown Book”).
