We recently acted for an employee who worked for a charity in respect of a compromise agreement which had to be signed within a 5 day time period.
We advised the client appropriately and got the agreement agreed and signed before the prescribed 5 day time period expired. Our client was very pleased that we achieved this within the time frame required.
