Public sector regulator worker suffers bullying and harassment at work
29 January 2010
Our client worked as Head of Diversity and CSR for a public sector regulator and claimed that she had been bullied by her employer breaching the duties of trust and confidence, to provide a safe working environment, to take reasonable care for health and safety and to deal promptly with grievances. The matter was settled amicably without the need to bring a claim on terms including compensation, legal costs and a reference agreed between the client and employer.
