Clinical Negligence Solicitors, Russell Jones and Walker, acted on behalf of a lady who underwent a 'Cleavage Sparing Mastectomy' by surgeon Mr Ian Paterson in Birmingham a number of years ago. The surgery is usually carried out to strict NHS guidelines. However, in our client's case, the surgeon left behind excess tissue within the breast. Fortunately for our client she read an article about the issue in the local press and was able to have surgery to remove the excess breast tissue.

£75,000 Compensation for Woman After Failed Knee Replacement

A an elderly woman underwent knee replacement surgery . The operation was performed by a private surgeon. Following the procedure her leg remained swollen and painful, despite physiotherapy. Eventually our client decided to take a second opinion from another surgeon who confirmed that the prosthetic knee had been incorrectly positioned. She underwent a revision operation which required a long recovery period.

Varicose Vein Removal Operation Failure

A woman underwent an operation to remove her varicose vein stripper head. Upon completion of the operation she was informed that the surgery had been a success.
